Within the frames of preparation to a new project of Allrus gallery in Italy “Dolce Napoli – XXI” during the period of July 10-18, 2013 the gallery organized a creative art trip with participation of Ludmila Markina, Professor and PhD in Arts, Head of the Department of XYIII – early XIX century Art of the Tretyakov Gallery along the route of Rome – San Felice – Terracina – Sperlonga – Caserta – Amalfi – Sorrento – Naples.
The trip has included visits to museums and historic places referred to the work and life of great Russian painters of the 19th century such as Shchedrin, Kiprensky, Brullov in Italy , and as a result of the trip there have been created first theses and ideas for the concept of the above mentioned project in order to build up a group of Russian painters to participate in series of “Italian” arts “en plain airs” in 2013-2015, which will be finalized in a large-scale exposition for a future retrospective exhibition “Dolce Napoli – XXI”.
