Dragovoy Alexander
Graduated from the Moscow Art School named in Memory of the 1905 Revolution, the Commercial Graphics Department (1982).
Member of the Graphic Artists’ Professional Union of Moscow (1984).
Member of the UNESCO’s International Artists’ Federation (1989).
Member of the Artists’ Union of Moscow (2009).
Worked for Moscow’s publishers as a book designer, decorator and illustrator. Since 1997 for the past 15 years has been the head artist for the “Airis-Press” publisher.
The artist deals with graphic art and painting.
Participant of more than 20 exhibitions in Moscow, as well as international exhibitions of modern Russian artists in New York, Berlin, Vienna and Rome, including 6 solo exhibitions.
The artist’s works are in private collections in the USA, Canada, France, Russia, Germany, Albania, England and Denmark, as well as at the Museum of Modern Art (New York, Alexander Gleyzer collection).
